Return & Refunds
- Any item that was damaged in the process of shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Lakdiv Foods will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 48 hours.
- Lankan Fresh will not be liable for defective items not reported within 7 days.
- Open food products are non-returnable.
- If by mistake you received expired or damaged goods, they can be returned for exchange for the similar item. Return shipment fees will be covered for this type of error. You can send your item to our address listed on the website and email us advising of the return.
- We are not responsible for your preference of taste on any product since preference varies and hence this will not be a reason to return items.
- You can return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for any reason unless as noted above, but the return shipment fees will not be covered.
- If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to acquire additional information from you. Lankan Fresh will not be liable if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.
- If, for whatever reason, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you cancel your order 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
- Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your items to nearest Lakdiv Outlet for. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
